Homer is our pet Lop Eared Rabbit, we have had him for a couple of years now and he was really bad this summer but survived with tons of TLC. Since then he hasn't stopped licking us ! you put your hand anywhere near him and your in for a soaking. Here are some pictures, don't stroke the screen please ! His teeth constantly grow but they do not ware down so we have to trim them with wire cutters ! |

We have owned several rabbits over the years, the first was an albino called jubilee back in 1997. The predecessor to Homer was Bugsy who had a really pleasant nature and my brother Gary even wrote a small musical about him. I recently wrote a song about animals which included a couple of line about the rabbit who lives at the bottom of our garden. My mum looks after Homer but everybody reaps the rewards ! |
